Research Workspace
A local Mac research app for reviewing your connected email and Outlook calendars, collecting findings, and preparing email drafts for your approval.
Your accounts
Connect Gmail or Outlook through the provider’s sign-in page. The app stores its sign-in securely in macOS Keychain and downloads a limited local cache. You choose which Outlook calendars to include. Google Calendar and iCloud are not connected.
Your approval
Initial access is read-only. Each email must be shown in full in the app’s chat and approved by you before it can be sent. Send permission is requested only after an approved draft. Background tasks cannot approve or send email.
Optional AI research
You can enable Codex or Claude separately for each account. Enabled native clients can read selected cached items, return findings and propose drafts using your existing subscription. This app does not include a paid model-API fallback.
